Last January I purchased a shop built CNC Router from a company in Kentucky. Although it was not a standard "name brand", it has all the greatest features that you would expect on a much more expensive machine and was a great addition to my small manufacturing business. Just one little hitch though. I had no previous experience with either CAD drawings programs or CAM manufacturing. I tried to use the software that came with the machine and struggled for several months trying to just do simple things and was extremely frustrated with the results. I even tried to use some of the freeware programs that I found on the internet to find software that would work for me and found them for the most part either very slow in speed and or lacking in simplicity for my skill level. In other words, you really do get what you pay for. I kept seeing the advertisements for Bobcad and felt that I just couldn't afford your programs even though you are priced much lower tha many others. Boy was I wrong!!

I finally, at the urging of my girlfriend, did make the phone call to your sales person and after a lengthy conversation, bought your Bobcad version 18. Within a few days of receiving your software package, I was finally making a few simple parts!!! With the exception of a phone call to your wonderful support team to customize a few settings for my custom job built CNC machine, I was off and running. I've found your software to be both simple and very effective. It's my opinion that the software that you choose is as important as the machine that you are using.

I later did attend one of your training seminars and accelerated my training curve tremendously!! Your trainer is incredible! He made such a difference in my understanding of how to program as well as execute my work that I now take in a few jobs from other companies and the results have been both very gratifying as well as profitable. I've found that your strongest point however, is your excellent support team. I've now subscribed to your "Support on demand" program and it's simply amazing to me even yet how friendly, knowledgeable and fast your support personnel are. They not only identify my problems as they have occurred, but quickly have found a solution to all my little problems. Thus far, they are usually only operator errors. In short, your programs are a bargain and my money was very well spent.
