BobCAD-CAM Support 19 hours, 6 minutes agoIn my first attempt I believe BC cut the mold to the T, I just had a bad model. I have removed the back face and inserted into my drawing. I will use the slice planar, tol .0001, stepover .003, 1/16 ball mill. […] -

BobCAD-CAM Support 1 day, 14 hours agoHi dlaery, You wont have to do a booean subtract to get your shells for a mould. Just go to the bottom of that model and unstitch the bottom surface and delete it…. Instant mould!!!

BobCAD-CAM Support 1 day, 19 hours agoThanks, that is a big help! I opened my original file I did the machining on and it is not any better in display, or in machining at the smaller tolerance. I had originally imported the step file in Alibre, laid […] -

BobCAD-CAM Support 2 days, 12 hours agoWow, now I am confused. After turning up the sliders the stp part file looks perfect.
The sliders shouldn’t have any effect on the machining should they?, because that is just display, right?
I turned up […] -

BobCAD-CAM Support 2 days, 14 hours agodlaery, The stp or iges would be preferable over the stl. Any detail in the stl should be represented in the original file. Could you check the display settings for the stp or iges and look at wireframe and […] -

BobCAD-CAM Support 2 days, 16 hours agoI am trying to figure out how to be able to select between flood coolant (M08) and thru the spindle coolant (M88). I can’t find anything in the post processor that will differentiate between the two. The all selections in the coolant window seem to post M08 except none. Is there a way to have it post something other than M08? -
