Version 23 Update
BobCAD-CAM V23 Build 1812 Release Notes:
This release offers several updates and fixes to the BobCAD-CAM V23 application. In addition to these updates, tabbing for profile cuts inside of the Nesting Feature can now be applied.
General
- Tabbing page added to the Nesting Wizard and Nesting Edit dialog box.
- Corrections have been made to prevent system from not opening due to corrupted tool database files.
- Corrected the system not launching if Disable Visual Themes flag is set for the BobCAD23.exe on Windows XP systems.
- Corrected the application not gaining focus when opened.
- Corrected the black undo button on mouse over.
- Corrected crashing related to Catalyst 10 ATI drivers when modifying geometry.
- Corrected application hanging when opening files on Windows 7.
- Corrected the dockable windows not closing when using the toolbar right click menu.
- Corrected the highlight color being incorrect when reselecting geometry assigned to a machining feature.
Mill
- Corrected a lead in and out bug when using None for the offset type in the profile. Now the lead in/out will always lie to the left of the chain direction allowing for consistency.
- Corrected problem with the Active flag not updating for nesting sheets inside of the Nesting Wizard.
- Corrected the sheet sizes always being displayed in inches, even when in metric mode.
- Spindle speeds being overwritten
Lathe
- Software crashing when only a single entity was assigned to a roughing feature has been corrected.
BobCAM Update
BobCAM V1 Build 234 Release Notes:
- This method is an update to the latest BobCAM & BobCAM Pro software.

PLEASE NOTE: Before updating your BobCAD-CAM software your video graphics card drivers must be up to date prior of upgrade.
At the beginning of the installation the system will attempt to install several required Microsoft support files. If your system already has these files or newer files installed a dialog will appear telling you that the files will not be installed. Clicking OK in the dialog that appears will allow the installation to continue.
